Pocket Chess (the "App") is developed by Kenny Soh. This policy explains how information is collected and used when you use the App.

The App itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Game settings (such as difficulty level and preferences) are stored locally on your device and are never sent to any server.
The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use certain data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, including:

On iOS, the App requests your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing your device's advertising identifier. You may decline this request, in which case only non-personalized ads will be shown.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. The only third-party service integrated into the App is Google AdMob, as described above.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
